Scan won't read the plate
Type it in instead, or hold steady so the whole plate fills the frame in good light.
No hail swaths on the map
Open the map, tap LOAD STORMS, then zoom out. Swaths only show where hail was reported.
Map or location seems stuck
Often just a dropped GPS signal. Check that location is turned on, then close the app fully and reopen it.
A check shows no vehicle
Re-check the plate and the state, then tap CHECK NOW again.
